2000 Porsche Boxster S

The Boxster "S"  afforded the owner a 250 HP, 3.2 L six cylinder, along with several other S only items; including 6 speed manual transmission, drilled and vented disc brakes, red Porsche calipers, special Boxster S trim, twin exhaust ports, third radiator inlet and standard leather interior.

This 2/3 owner car is colored in special order Ocean Blue metallic, with blue top and Savanna Beige leather interior. The first owner traded up after just 2+ years of ownership, the current owner purchased from that dealership in 2003. Two registered owners, with the dealer in there as technically a third.

This car has 99K miles on the ticker and has been maintained by European Motors in Clinton, CT for most of those miles. Being an early 2000 production run car, it is believed to have the sturdier dual roller IMS bearing. There is no rust on this car and all body lines are straight and clean. There are only 3-4 small chips in the paint and there is some wear on the driver sill from the foot tap to clear the shoe soles. The interior is in overall very good shape with some wear (but no tears) on the driver seat and around the shifter. She also carries a good list of options: Body colored roll bar; Heated seats; Traction control/Limited slip differential; Headlamp washer; CD compartment; cruise control and upgraded Becker 6 speaker, CD stereo to name a few.

For some reason, the Boxster has been seen as the red headed step child of the Porsche line up, but these cars are great handling and very quick accelerating cars.

As other Porsche models are going through the roof, the Boxster hasn't started yet and is still sort of seen as a just a used car.

This car is in awesome shape and with just a little detailing can be even better than she is.
