1994 Jaguar XJS 6 Cylinder roadster

Although not the powerhouse of the V12, the venerable AJ6 4.0 litre straight 6 cylinder is smooth, and backs a good amount of torque. 240 HP and just about 290 lb ft of torque. It is also known to be just a bit more reliable than the 12. It puts that power to the rear wheels via a 4 speed auto transmission and an independent rear suspension.

This desirable triple black XJS roadster is in great driver shape and ready to go; with some attention to small details it could come up a level or two as well.

The previous owner was a Jaguar club member in CT and sold this XJS, along with a couple other of his cars to MotorcarsInc, Jaguar restoration facility as he was moving out of state and couldn't take the cars with him.

This is thought to be a two owner car with only 58000 miles on it.

It has a new top and has been repainted due to an unfortunate incident in the garage where it was stored several years ago where it rec'd numerous scratches to the finish. There are a couple of small blemishes in the paint  because the owner did drive the car regularly.

The dark charcoal leather interior shows some of those 58K miles but is in great shape. The white stitching in my opinion really makes the interior pop. In typical Jaguar fashion, this once $70,000 grand tourer has beautiful burl wood trim and the usual litany of options that include: Power heated seats, with air lumbar support; 4 wheel power disc brakes; power locks; power windows; power mirrors; power antenna; power roof; tilt wheel; security system/keyless entry; headlight washers; rear fog light; cruise control; A/C; sport mode transmission and more.

Just in time for the spring and summer driving season, this beautiful Jaguar can be had for just $11,500.
