1980 MG B Limited Edition/Special Edition.

The 1000 LE cars were offered from the factory with black paint and graphics pkg, special wheels, and a luggage rack.

This is a rust free example that was found languishing at an autobody shop in TX. The owner purchased the car with ideas of turning it into a race car but later felt that he should simply restore her back to her glory as only 1000 were produced. His business of converting MG B's into spec race cars has taken off and he simply doesn't have the time.

All the parts are there. The engine turns over freely and has only 35,000 miles on the ticker.

The current owner is the second owner of the car.

Although the paint is tired and the interior needs a bunch of TLC, she could be up and running in short order and a neat, patina'd LE MG could be back on the streets.

Or, go the distance and restore this Limited Edition MG B back to it's former glory.

As it is an LE and rust free/solid, asking price on this car is $3200.
